My passion for learning and my commitment to excellence have driven me to build a diverse skill set in IT systems management, administrative support, and customer service. With a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly, I excel in team-oriented environments, ensuring seamless operations and continuous growth.

From my role as a Website Administrator at Rotarians Against Malaria – Global, where I successfully increased website traffic by 60%, to my time as a Receptionist at Suffolk University in Madrid, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to innovate and enhance efficiency.

With a solid educational foundation, including a BA in International/Global Studies and a Minor in International Business from Saint Louis University, as well as a vocational degree in Networked System Administration from CEU San Pablo, I bring both technical expertise and a global perspective to every challenge I undertake.
